Busy, busy, busy!

We've had a busy past few days and now I think I'm paying for it! I went to my parents house on Friday with the boys since Jason was working in the urgent care until 7 our time. Then on Saturday Alison's girls had their 4th birthday party. Mom and Dad came to the party as well which was nice. They were more than happy to hold/keep an eye on the boys so I was able to eat and see the girls open their presents. Jason was able to make it towards the end (he was on call all weekend). It was a momentous day..the first time the boys've been able to fit into something 0-3 months! They wore the cutest little one piece outfits from Gymboree. They even had matching hats. :) Sunday I ended up taking the boys to Michigan City and Jason and I were able to grab some dinner while his mom watched the boys! Last but not least...today we trotted back on over to Alison's. Our friend Patti also was over with her baby, Hannah who is three weeks younger than the boys so that was fun. However, after all of this running around the boys have been unhappy campers all night and I think they're now overly tired. Jason's laying with them on the couch as I type.

On to other news..as if my dad doesn't have enough going on with his recent lung issues..he now has a broken arm! Apparently my mom called Jason this afternoon but told him not to tell me until he was home. What's next?! He was outside trying to get the chainsaw started to cut down some low limbs on the pear tree out front when the chainsaw kicked back knocking his arm into the Adirondack chair that he had recently built. So, now the chair AND my dad's arm are broken. Luckily he had his cell phone in his front shirt pocket and was able to call for an ambulance.

We've got a busy July planned, so hopefully I'll have lots of new pictures to post. I can't believe that it's already the end of June..where is the summer going to?
