In other news...

Can you believe that the boys will be 7 months old tomorrow!? Where has the time gone?

Jason and I are going out to dinner tonight for my birthday since he's on call and working in the urgent care this weekend...so that should be nice. We're planning on having my birthday present delivered next week. We ordered a new dining room set from Penney's a couple of weekends ago. We pretty much ruined the dining room table we have now from setting the carseats on top of it. We didn't realize we were scratching it all up. :S Here's a picture of it! We also got a new entryway bench and shelf...someplace to hide all of our keys, sunglasses...junk!

You'd better believe we got the fabric protection for the seats!!

I can't believe all of the houses that are going up in our neighborhood all of a sudden. One's almost finished and there are three others that are under construction. So, all day long you hear trucks going in and out. One day I took the boys on a walk so that they could watch the cement truck working!

Jason's mom saw a lady at the art fair a couple of weekends ago that does portraits. We provided her with a picture of the boys and she is going to do a portrait for each of them which is my birthday present from John and Norma! I'm excited to get them to see how they turned out. The lady that does the portraits had one on display of her granddaughter framed and matted and it looked awesome.

A few days ago a guy from the fire department here in town came around for donations. With your donation they do a 'family portrait' at the fire station. Well, anyone who reads this blog knows that we have enough family pictures to hold us over until our next session in October. Well, Alison and I have talked before about getting a picture done with her girls and the boys and we figured this would be perfect! For $20 if they turn out awful who cares?

Think that's it for now..I hear the boys starting to wake up!
