Hi everyone! We don't have much to blog about this week, but it'd been a week since I posted anything so here I am.
Today has been a mixed-up day. Naps and feeding time were just all over the map. It all started when the boys were up at different times this morning. Believe it or not, they are on the same schedule ninety percent of the time. Today was one of those ten percent days. Hence the title of this blog! :)
Last week I picked up Halloween cupcake mix and frosting while out with Maria and the boys at Target. I ended up making the cupcakes Sunday night. I will give credit where it is due. Jason is a much better cupcake froster than I am. I was trying so hard to make them look nice and asked for his help. Keep in mind this was around 10:30 at night and I was getting tired of my cupcake project. So, he comes in and starts frosting them and they look all perfect. What the heck!? I do not recommend the little candy pieces for the frosting. What a pain! They just bounce right off the frosting and make a mess.
I can NOT believe how much snow we got last night. YUCK. Not impressed. We probably had at least an inch.
Yuck, Yuck, and Yuck.
Speaking of cold weather...I just love these hats. They look like something out of 1950.
As far as the snow is concerned: Hello? This is October. Not acceptable. At least we got our fall pictures done on Sunday before it got so cold. It was pretty windy but I think they'll turn out well. We had them done at Notre Dame so I think they'll be pretty. Check out Heather's site:
They should be up Wednesday (tomorrow) morning.
Jason is out for a guy's night and Maria is on her way over to stay the night. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning at 10 and she is coming along to help. This will be the first time the doctor who delivered the boys will meet them, so I'm kind of excited about that. I'll be sure to bring the camera!
In other news... a lady from the First Steps program came out yesterday to get all of our information. Since it's a federally/state run program there was a ton of paperwork to sign, etc. Parker and Quinn have their evaluation November 17th, so I'll be curious to see if they are recommending any type of physical therapy for them.
Think that's it for now. I need to get going so I can get the house picked up. I swear that's all I do!
