I keep forgetting about the original reason I started this blog which was to document all of the little things the boys are doing that I know I'll forget about a year from now.
I thought I'd blog about a few of the new things the boys are doing.
Quinn likes to give kisses. He'll wrinkle up his nose, lean in while bonking you in the head, open up his mouth and basically lick your face. By the time he's done he leaves you with a wet face! He's also quite fond of flirting and smiling with and at everyone who walks by him. Today I had him in the sling at Wal-Mart and he was just smiling at everyone who went by like: 'aren't I so cute riding in this thing?!' What a ham! He also likes to throw his little temper tantrums. We were out to (a VERY late) lunch on Saturday and he threw a big fit in his high chair and ended up banging his head on the table. Not that I can blame him for being mad that day. I think we were eating lunch around 3 that day (it was Johna's graduation).
Parker has turned into a lizard or a dog, depending on the day. He'll crawl around the house sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth and making all kinds of racket while he does it. I think he likes the noise it makes. When he's not busy being a lizard he crawls around like a dog with toys in his mouth. He's something else! His other 'talent' is pursing his lips and 'who-who-whoing'. You'd think he was in a Lamaze class! :) He has also become quite a fan of the red cord in the garage that hangs from the garage door. Everytime we go out to the garage to leave he gets all excited to see his cord. I always have to stop and show it to him so he can 'examine' it.
Will blog more about the weekend soon. I think Johna and Joel are here. They are staying with us tonight before jetting off to Europe tomorrow!
