Skin Kids and Fur Kid!

Thought I would post just a couple new pictures. I have heard rumblings after posting the first pictures of Sally that she is 'not very cute.' Now, that is NOT very nice. You know who you are!

I think she redeems herself nicely in these newest photos!

In other news....I was with Sally at the vet yesterday and Jason said that while I was gone Parker took a couple of steps on his own!! I can't believe I missed it, but it was neat that Jason was able to see it since he misses a lot that goes on here when he is at work. Parker has also learned to turn the knob on the stove when the burner is on. He has since been banned from the kitchen while I'm cooking on the stove. Luckily he can't turn it on..you have push the knob in and turn for that, but still! Yikes!

Quinn has figured out how to get back down from standing. For a couple of days there it was a bit rough..he kept throwing fits when he couldn't sit himself back down. He has also learned to twist lids off of things. The other day at the grocery he twisted a lid off of a jar of spices. Yesterday he took the lid off of some lotion. Up until now it hasn't been necessary, but Jason knows on the list of things to-do this weekend is installing the latches on the cabinets in both bathrooms.

Note in the pictures below Quinn's ever-wild hair. He needs a hair cut AGAIN (obviously). Maria calls him 'Brillo'! The other day she came over to spend the day with us. We went to Burger King for lunch (I felt guilty-at least Quinn needs the fat). I had forgotten that they have those stupid crowns for the kids. Of course Quinn sat there all throughout lunch wearing his crown and Parker wanted nothing to do with that nonsense! If I can figure out how to get pictures uploaded from my IPhone I'll post the crown pics soon.
