Welcome Sally!

Hi everyone! We've been a bit BUSY around here lately! Have I mentioned that the boys are taking swimming lessons at the Y? The boys seem to really like it!

Saturday we had swim lessons, a family reunion, and a trip to Indy. Sunday morning I drove down to the Bloomington area to pick up our new Boxer puppy-welcome Sally! She was SO good on the way home, and at night she whines in her crate for about five minutes and that's the end of it. Today I felt like I may as well have triplets here to take care of! Sally is getting a little more comfortable in her new home, which means she's getting a bit more naughty! Just the usual puppy stuff...

Last week we had a play date with the little girl of one of my friends from high school. We went to the zoo and then to the playground afterwards. Thanks to Tracy for sharing her yummy peanut butter and jam sandwich with us! She brought lunch for her little girl, but I didn't plan that far ahead. We had such a good time that we were at the zoo/playground for longer than I had anticipated! You can see a couple of pictures from our play date at Tracy's blog: http://wogomanweekly.blogspot.com

Tomorrow the boys have a doctors appointment. I will be sure to let everyone know what their weights are. Any guesses??

Parker trying to be a doggy too!

Parker will crawl around with his head down to make it harder for Sally to lick his face. :)

Hello Doodle!!

I think the boys wore her out! Yesterday I put her in her cage so that she could get a break from them. Of course, they both went right over there and were hanging off of her cage.

Random, I know! The boys LOVE this cereal and I can't find it anywhere. I originally got in on clearance at Target. Today I went to Kashi.com and ordered it.

This is what I'm talking about when I say I may as well have triplets living in and tearing down my house. I went to let Sally out and Parker/Quinn yanked off a piece of the grid work on the window. GRR.

The BIGGEST news of the day. I saved the best for (almost) last!!
Earlier this evening I had the couch cushions off because I had vacuumed off the couch and cleaned down in the crevices-(which I call couch liposuction). Anyway, Parker and Quinn thought that was just the greatest thing ever. With the cushions off they were both able to climb up onto the couch without help. Quinn's way to get down involved launching himself headfirst off of the couch, basically doing a headstand! Well, he figured out how to pull himself up to stand during all of this. A few minutes later I hear him out in the foyer, and this is how I found him! I'll have good news to report to Gail this week when she comes for Quinn's therapy!!

Sally tonight after playing in the yard once Jason had cut the lawn. Notice those green paws? :) Our next door neighbors also have a new puppy- a English Bulldog/Beagle mix (so cute). It works out perfectly, they can wear each other out!

Worn out!

Welcome to having a family of three. Now I have two dogs and one kid and you have two kids and one dog but I think they are both work! :) Had to laugh at the window thing because you just never know what they will do! I am so excited about the standing up. That is AWESOME! Had so much fun at the zoo!

Just an FYI-- I was at Trader Joe's this weekend and saw your Kashi cereal there :)
