Well, we're finishing up the last of the long days before we go to Chicago on Wednesday. Jason's working until 9 tonight and then tomorrow is just a normal day for him. Tomorrow I just need to start getting all of our stuff packed. So much for travelling lightly with twins!
Today the boys and I visited another twin mommy up the street from us. She has boy/girl twins that are almost 3. I got a glimpse of what I can expect from my kiddos in a couple of years! Our other big adventure of the day was Parker's constipation. Poor kid. This is what happens when you eat bananas three days in a row. I guess you're supposed to try new foods for three days to make sure there's no allergic reaction. Well, he got an allergic reaction alright! ;) We've been loading up on prunes and tonight they both got prunes and green beans. I'm waiting to walk into his room and find a major explosion in his crib. Ack.
This past weekend I took the boys to the Fall Festival with mom. We decided it'd be easier to carry them around in the Baby Bjorns. It was nice to get out of the house with them since Jason was on call/ in the urgent care. I tried to 'convince' them to nap at mom and dad's that afternoon but that was a joke. Maria ended up taking them for a stroller ride where they fell asleep because I was at my wits' end with them! Sunday we went to Target. I wish I would have thought to get a picture. I had both of the boys in their carseats in the cart, along with a box of new pots and pans and a case of water underneath. It was quite the sight!
Mom was brave enough to hold both boys while I scarfed down some food!

In other random news...I got a Vera bag from Ebay for $26 and change that was originally $175...brand new!! :)
Think that's it for now. Jason's on his way home and I need to get the pictures from this weekend uploaded here.
