It's Already Thursday!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Ours was mostly like an extension of the previous week with Monday as the exception. Jason was on call and also worked in the Urgent Care both Saturday and Sunday.

On Sunday the boys and I went to Michigan City to get out of the house. I ended up spending $80 at Old Navy. Whoops. They had the cutest little onesies, blankets to match and Halloween shirts there.

OWLS!

MONKEYS!

Luckily, Monday Jason was off all day. My grandparents were in Shipshewana so we ventured out so that they could see the 'little people' as my grandma refers to the boys! I'm sure grandpa was in his glory at the flea market. You ought to see this man's barn. He's got a bit of everything in there! It's quite the attraction. We were smart and avoided going out with the boys. It was HOT and crowded so we just visited at the hotel they stayed at instead.

Tomorrow if the weather holds up we're planning on taking the boys to Art Beat for a bit. I'll never forget Alison telling me how last year one of the girls picked up a DEAD MOUSE while they were there. ACK. Luckily it'll be a few years before I need to worry about the boys acquiring vermin while at Art Beat! :) I guess they have trolleys that take you to the different areas. Maybe we'll take the Baby Bjorns with us instead of hauling the stroller around for a change.

Maria came back from Florida today and came by to pick up Cricket. Let's just say I had her cage by the front door. After caring for the boys all day I don't have anything left over for animals!
Speaking of animals.

Apparently we have some tiny spot in the basement where mice are waltzing in and out. I have traps set in the pantry but there have been no takers. They seem to be keeping to the basement. Well, apparently they're too smart for the regular traps. They keep stealing the peanut butter right off of them. I thought I'd never do it, but desperate times call for desperate measures. We have now implemented the dreaded glue trap. It gives me the willies just thinking about it.

Can't think of much more for now. I need to get myself to bed!

Someday when they're beating each other up I'll show them this picture!

Parker just loved laying in the grass. He was SO smiley!

Quinn... Daddy mowed the grass later, it was a bit long!

AHH! You have a blog, too! I'll have to get a picture up, but I swear to God you have the same couch we do.
